Technical Account Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a tier two, integration onboarding specialist. They’ll be charged with assisting client integration onboarding mediation between tier one customer support and engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support for merchant integration.
  • Analyze merchant integration requirement.
  • Provides tier-two, low-level support for escalated issues originating from the merchant.
  • Log defects and track defect status – working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects and execute re-tests and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure the correctness of the PSP Integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • Five years hand on experience as a PHP developer and knowledge in node and react is a big plus.
  • Established experience with merchant PSP integration and onboarding.
  • Close familiarity with CRM and payment accounting platforms.
  • Good understanding of payment processing (Merchant, PSP, Acquiring).
  • Hands-on skills in debugging and troubleshooting.

What we might consider an advantage

  • Experience coding and scripting in python/BASH.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools.
  • Experience with AWS and other major cloud computing environments.
  • Experience with Payment Gateway technology.
  • Experience with Payment Service Provider integrations.
