The Partnership Manager is responsible to handle all aspects of our relationships with affiliated Payment Solution Providers (also known as PSPs).
This includes matters ranging from a legal/compliance point of view as well as strategic planning and commercial aspects of the relationship.

Role & Responsibilities:

  •  Represent the Company to its Partners and act as the main point of contact.
  • Expand our current portfolio of Partners by researching and contacting new Payment Solution Providers.
  • Prepare a strategic plan related to new Payment Solution Providers that would benefit the Company based on the demand we receive from our Clients.
  • Negotiate all relevant aspects of cooperation with the prospective Partners. An understanding of underlying financial terms and potential benefit of the Company is a key aspect in this part.
  • Prepare Mutual Non-disclosure agreements and Referral agreements.
  • Overlook the status of pending partnership agreements and making sure they are executed in a timely manner.
  • Re-negotiate existing partnership agreements/amendments to the benefit of the company.
  • Maintain a central database of all our Partners and keep it up to date as changes occur.
  • Report directly to the Head of the Payment Solutions Division.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in one of the following fields: Business, Management, Economics, Law, Mathematics, or similar subjects.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the online Payments Industry or Legal/Corporate sector will also be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong Client/Partner relationship management skills. Ability to discuss with high end level directors of counterparties is a crucial aspect.
  • Computer-literacy, ability to work efficiently with Word and Excel applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment.
  • Fluent in the English language (spoken and written). Any other additional languages would be considered an advantage.
