Praxis is looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. You will be responsible for helping the team deliver by designing and maintaining state-of-the-art, real-time, and dynamic reports. You will be responsible for reflecting accurate and transparent status to stakeholders in the organization and working with them to improve processes and make necessary changes to attain those goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing reports for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Working with stakeholders including data, design, product, and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical and business issues
- Experience with Apache’s Superset will be an advantage.
Required Qualifications:
- At least, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science/Engineering, or anything similar.
- Ability to understand and talk to business users, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders and translate business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa.
- Experience with SQL is a must.
- Good familiarity with Agile and or Scrum methodologies,
- English at a high proficiency level.
- Business Analysts or related certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the Payments and/or FinTech Industry will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Python and/or R is an advantage.
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies such as machine learning and Artificial intelligence is an advantage.
