Praxis is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, multitasking individual for an administrative position with growth potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of letters, contracts and any other correspondence
  • Attending to telephone calls and managing schedules
  • General office administration duties
  • Correspond with other departments and ensure smooth office operation
  • Help other departments, as needed

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexible, adaptable with an excellent work ethic
  • Experience in a similar position such as a PA or Administrator
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Pleasant and helpful personality with a positive attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality
